November 3, 2006:

A Fight For The Cause Gala Event, Philadelphia, PA.  This black-tie optional event hosted the Boxing community's illustrious members, such as Bernard Hopkins, Joe Frazier, hosted by Executive Director, ynne Carter.  CCF worked in conjunction with the Fight for The Cause Committee and Habitat for Humanity to distribute the funds raised for the Cause.  For more info, please visit, www.fightcause.com

June 17, 2006:

JUNETEENTH/KATRINA BENEFIT CONCERT @ the UNITARIAN SOCIETY OF GERMANTOWN, http://www.usguu.org/, located at 6511 Lincoln Drive of PHILADELPHIA, PA 19119.This spirited event raised an additional $170 for the Cause.  Thanks Jake for allowing CCF, Inc to participate.  Continued success and best wishes to the Unitarian Society as it continues to improve the lifes of others.

April 13, 2006:

Benefit concert, @ World Cafe Live, Philadelphia, PA. with a Hip-Hop flavor,  featuring artists from Philadelphia, Atlanta.   The performances were truly uplifting.  It was inspiring to see so many young folks contributing to this noteworthy cause. 

I want to thank those that supported us and the performers who brought professionalism and a love for the arts to this event.  We have recorded it and work to create a DVD of the event.  Look for another concert in the August/September 2006 timeframe.

December 22, 2005: Steel City Coffee House, Phoenixville, PA. hosted a benefit concert that raised $400. 

December 17, 2005:

Our raffle of Bose equipment raised over $1,800.  The first and third prize winners, J. Jones T#1299 and J. Taylor T#1316, are from New York, while the second prize winner, G. Rowe T#484, is from Philadelphia. In all, we had about 60% participation from NY, 10% from NJ, 25% from PA and 5% from DE/MD.

In a related effort, we solicited participation in the raffle outside Shop Rite, West Chester, PA.  In addition, cash contributions totaled $60.
